Reporting Product Security Vulnerabilities
We at BSH Hausgeräte GmbH take security very seriously, and investigate all vulnerabilities reported for appliances of the brands Bosch, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau.
Security issues are managed jointly with the Robert Bosch GmbH. Whenever you think you have identified a vulnerability or any other security issue related to one of our products, please contact the Bosch Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT):
You will receive within a month an acknowledgement of the receipt of the report and depending on the severity of the vulnerability at least one status update within a year.
